As the summer comes to an end, and kids get back to school, swimming starts to slow. When you notice your ear is feeling plugged or congested, please do not reach for an ear candle!
Ear candles theoretically work by forming a vacuum at the end of a partially hollow candle by lighting a wick at the solid opposite end. Not only is this physically impossible to do, it is quite dangerous. What other objects do you light on fire and then stick next to your head?
If your ears aren’t feeling right, give us a call, and have them examined, cleaned properly, and tested.
