Michael M. Bibliowicz DO, FAOCOO
Dr. Bibliowicz came to Florida after growing up in Bogota, Columbia. After a couple years in Miami, he moved to Gainesville and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree.
He then earned his Doctor of Osteopathy with honors from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and followed with a facial plastics fellowship.
He subsequently moved to Orlando and opened a solo practice in 1988. As senior partner, he specializes in all areas of otolaryngology, and has interest in sinus disease and rhinology.
He is married with 4 children, and enjoys watching his daughters dance and his son swim competitively. He belongs to the Pan-American Medical Assoc. FOMA.

Dr. Harrington

Dale C. Harrington, DO, FAOCOO
Dr. Harrington comes from a well established medical family. His father, a family physician, raised Dr. Harrington and his brother, now a critical care specialist, in Imlay City, MI, just outside Detroit.
After earning a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, he matriculated at Southwestern Texas University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating cum laude. Internship and residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery and facial plastics was completed at Bicounty Community/Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. He’s been in practice with Dr. Bibliowicz since 1994, forming Orlando ENT Associates.
He is married with 3 children. He enjoys boating, surfing and working around the house.

Dr. Rabaja
David R. Rabaja, DO, FAOCOO
Dr. Rabaja was born in Pontiac, Michigan and spent most of his childhood in the rural areas of Oakland County. His family moved to Altamonte Springs in the 1980’s, and still live locally. He graduated from Lake Brantley High School (go Patriots!).
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Sociology and Chemistry minors from Ohio Northern University, and then his Doctor of Osteopathy from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors in 1994.
Post graduate training includes internship at Florida Hospital and residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at COGMET/Michigan State University. He has been back in Orlando since 1999. He practices in all areas of the ear, nose and throat, and especially enjoys working with children. He is an associate with PMA (Filipino medical association).
On a personal note, he is married with 3 sons and 2 daughters. He enjoys travel, golf, beaches, military and political history.

Dr. Waizenegger

Lisa J Waizenegger, MD, FAAO
Dr. Waizenegger comes back to Florida after practicing and traveling extensively. A graduate of Florida State University in biological sciences, she earned her medical degree from the University of Florida. Five years of internship and otolaryngology residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago completed her training.
After residency, she was commissioned into the US Air Force and spent the next 9 years in Arizona, Lakenheath, England, and lastly at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany as Chief of Otolaryngology. She returns to Florida and comes to Orlando Ear, Nose and Throat after 4 years in Milwaukee in private practice.
She is married with a son, and enjoys time with her family and getting back to Florida.
